Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment, plant, and facilities.

The Maintenance Specialist will coordinate servicing, inspection, repair, and maintenance activities to minimize downtime. This includes planning and organizing preventive maintenance programs, supervising technicians, and coordinating repairs and replacements.

Additional responsibilities include verifying accuracy of job sheets, monitoring work methods and conditions, and maintaining workshop equipment in good working order.

Requirements:

  • Vocational or ITE certificate in Building Maintenance
  • Experience in servicing, inspection, repair, and maintenance of equipment, plant, and facilities an advantage
  • LTA Class 3 driving license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate servicing, inspection, repair, and maintenance of equipment, plant, and facilities
  • Plan and organize preventive maintenance programs
  • Supervise technicians on shift duty
  • Coordinate repairs and replacements
  • Verify accuracy of computer daily job sheets
  • Monitor work methods and conditions
  • Maintain workshop equipment in good working order
