Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

The position of Maintenance Specialist is a key role in our organization, responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our facilities.

In this capacity, the ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience in maintenance and repairs. A degree or equivalent qualification with relevant experience is required to succeed in this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of electrical and hydraulic systems, managing inventory levels, and procuring necessary parts and accessories.

Furthermore, the individual will be expected to monitor the progress of rectification works, report to management, and respond to emergency calls outside regular working hours.

Key qualifications include a valid driving license, ability to work as part of a team and independently, and familiarity with building system maintenance and electrical equipment.
