Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, coordinate office maintenance, and liaise with vendors to ensure all work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main liaison for all stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns related to office maintenance, including upkeep of cleanliness, repair and replacement of faulty equipment and furniture, and maintenance of office comfortability.
  • Schedule and oversee routine maintenance tasks, including necessary procurement, to ensure the office environment is safe, functional, and no disruption to business operations.
  • Identify, communicate with, and coordinate with service vendors for repairs, cleaning, and other maintenance services, ensuring quality and timely completion of work.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, vendor contracts, and provide regular updates.
  • Address any issues or emergencies that arise in the office promptly, coordinating with relevant parties to resolve them.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in maintenance coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and protocols.
