About Pacific Licensing Studio
We are a dynamic company that specializes in licensing and sales of brands across the SEA region. Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our clients and partners, and to provide excellent service to ensure their success.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensing Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in the SEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, and will be able to develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities and creating sales strategies to pursue them.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to our success.
Main Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and create sales strategies to pursue them.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
Team/Client Management and Service:
Work closely with the Partner and Business Unit to achieve goals and objectives.
Manage client relationships to ensure full compliance on Licensors' policies, procedures, guidelines, and support licensees in fulfilling obligations and maximizing performance.
Job Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
University degree in a relevant field or extensive professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience with strong business development background in sales and related brand management responsibilities across categories such as Fashion/Lifestyle/FMCG etc.
Track record of sales achievement in the SEA region.
Strong organizational, presentation, and team leadership skills.
Fluency in Microsoft applications and database solutions.
Personable and diplomatic in handling clients from all levels, with good understanding of regional market needs.
