About the Opportunity

We're expanding our team and looking for a driven individual who can lead adult learners through their education journey. This role involves guiding learners to identify the right programme that aligns with their career goals, matching them to suitable postgraduate or executive programmes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Conversion & Engagement
  • Establish trust and rapport with learners to understand their career aspirations and match them to suitable programmes
  • Follow up promptly with course enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions
2. Achieve Enrolment Goals
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets by effectively promoting programmes
  • Deliver engaging consultations that clearly articulate the value, outcomes, and structure of courses
3. Application & Enrolment Support
  • Assist prospective students with the application process-from document submission to payment and onboarding
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to ensure a seamless enrolment experience
4. Campaign & Outreach Participation
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support recruitment campaigns, info sessions, webinars, and corporate outreach activities
  • Represent the organisation professionally at events and promotional opportunities
5. Learner Success Engagement
  • Maintain regular communication with enrollees throughout their learning journey
  • Provide pre-enrolment and post-enrolment guidance to ensure learner satisfaction and retention
What We're Looking For

Degree holders in any discipline with 3 years sales experience
A strong passion for education and lifelong learning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
A persuasive and consultative approach to sales, focused on value and outcomes
Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up effectively, and work well in a fast-paced team
Results-driven with the confidence to meet enrolment KPIs
Adaptable and open to new strategies, tools, and technologies
