Job Title: Programme CoordinatorWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Programme Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of recreational, educational, and enrichment programmes at our centres.This role ensures a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all participants while assisting in daily operations and programme management.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver programme activities for children, youth, and community members.
  • Supervise and engage with participants to ensure safety and participation.
  • Set up and maintain programme areas, materials, and equipment.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, programme documentation, and report submissions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance programme quality and participant experience.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Secondary Education (GCE O-Level or equivalent).
  • Passion for working with children, youth, and community groups.
  • Good communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to full-time working hours.
Benefits:
  • Full-time, 5-day work week (Monday to Friday).
  • Daily hours: Typically 8 hours per day (e.g., 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, including lunch break). Occasional flexibility may be required for special programmes or training events.
