Job Title: Programme Coordinator
Role Description:As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and execution of a youth talent development initiative. Your key responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and organising activities for the programme, as well as executing branding and publicity activities to promote it.
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, with experience in coordinating large-scale public-facing programmes. You will also need to be proficient in data analytics, with the ability to assess programme and student performance.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a team environment. If you have a passion for youth development and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Education in Computer Science and Data Science (preferred)
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong project management, planning, and organisational skills
- Good data analytics skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
