
Museum Programmes and Education Coordinator

Location: Raffles Place, Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour, Work Type: 12-Month Contract
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Museum Programmes and Education Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating educational programs, talks, and lectures tailored to diverse audiences, including schools, access and community groups, and the general public.
You will facilitate and manage school, access, and community group visits, ensuring smooth, enriching experiences aligned with curriculum goals and community interests.
You will develop interpretive materials and educational resources with clear, accessible content that appeals to various learning styles and knowledge levels.
You will collect and analyze feedback and data to drive continuous improvement in educational offerings.
You will assist in promoting educational initiatives through outreach activities and digital platforms.
You will support docent management and training initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum degree in Education, Museum Studies, Arts Management, History, or related field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva, or Adobe Illustrator is essential.
The ability to work on selected weeknights and weekends.
