**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Manager, Museum Experience will report to the Head, Museum Experience. Working closely together with the Audience Engagement, Programmes and Outreach team, you will be part of the team to ensure visitors have an enjoyable experience with the museum. You will be in charge of the museum's visitor service counter, manage visitor feedback, spearheading digital marketing initiatives and handling partnerships for the museum.

You should have the following attributes and competencies:

- Experience in providing customer service support
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ( both written and verbal)
- Deep interest in children-related marketing and outreach, with a strong understanding of what appeals to children and their parents
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, digital production and content marketing
- Creative flair with excellent copy-writing skills, especially for feedback, web and social media
- Experience in managing website projects and liaising with internal stakeholders and vendors is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus point
- Prior experience in drafting tender papers in a government agency is a bonus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and efficiently manage your time to deliver tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Able to see the big picture yet pay attention to details

Responsibilities:

- Manage the visitor service team and visitors feedback for CMSG
- Implementation of strategic brand and marketing initiatives
- Implementation of marketing events and initiatives
- Develop and manage a communication strategy to engage target audiences in order to grow brand awareness and share of mind
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with key partners.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Journalism and Mass Communication
- At least 3 years' experience in a managerial position in Marketing, customer service and sponsorship outreach
