NUS Museum hires Casual Museum Wardens to support operations and logistics during peak periods. These Casuals are called upon as and when their service will be required.

Duties and Responsibilities ;

You will assist in administration, logistic and operation for NUS Museum and BaBa House;
- Prepare for house for public viewing
- Provide hospitality to visitors
- Frontline customer service by attending to enquiries
- General crowd control to safeguard the artifacts and props
- Facilitate tours, events, talks, workshops and programs
- Work on rotational basis, shift-hours and weekends
- To provide logistic support and set up events including set up tables, chairs etc
- Escort contractor
- Assist in admin, finance (including withholding tax), and procurement matters.

**Qualifications**
- Able to communicate English and one other language
- General office administration
- Possess working knowledge of MS-Office software
