**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Manager, Audience Engagement will report to Head, Audience Engagement. You will work closely with the curatorial team to design and execute creative public programmes that will appeal to children, working across both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that they are effectively marketed and achieve the desired learning outcomes. You should have a good general degree, preferably with a background in education.

You should have the following attributes and competencies:

- Deep understanding of the audience profile of children's museum Singapore, which are children, and their parents as well as educators
- Strong abilities to lead, strategise and plan a creative suite of programmes, as well as to review their effectiveness
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the versatility to adapt to changing needs of projects
- Excellent stakeholders management skills to foster strong partnerships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and develop programs, festivals and projects.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver programmes which are relevant and effective in engaging children and families to participatory and collaborative approaches including, innovative use of technology and its deployment in creating the experience.
- Lead and manage administrative and logístical aspects of the programmes and projects including marketing, budget planning, documentation and obtaining approvals from relevant parties.
- Responsible for engaging and developing collaborations with stakeholders from various sectors including corporate, artists, community partners, educational institutions, and sponsors in the development and implementation of programmes.
- Review effectiveness of programmes ad improve based on feedback.
- Responsible for building a travelling schedule of outreach engagement throughout the year, liaising with partners on the use of sites and other logístical matters associated with the programme.
- Work with the sponsorship team to pitch to external sponsors for CMSG programmes and festivals.
- Work with other internal divisions such as Curatorial, Marketing Communications, and Visitors Experience to provide content to maximise opportunities for partnership and promotion.

Requirement:

- Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Communications and Media
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in education and public outreach programmes
