**What the role is**
- We are looking for an internal communications practitioner, who is overflowing with exciting and excellent ideas on how to engage colleagues across the agency, to join my team. He/She will report to the Deputy Director of Engagement, Strategic Communications who helms both internal communications and engagement.

**What you will be working on**
- Position HTX’s work in Science and Technology as critical in enhancing the Home Team’s efforts to “keep Singapore safe and secure” to the internal audience, and - Generate trust and garner appreciation for the organisation’s and Home Team’s work amongst the internal audience. - Work with Deputy Director/Engagement to conceptualise original and effective engagement/communication plans to capture hearts and minds of the internal audience - Repurpose story ideas developed by colleagues in the Strat Comms team for the internal audience using a suite of communications tools - Work collaboratively with colleagues in HR Department to develop and foster corporate culture - Work with the a multi-functional team (under Strategic Communications’ leadership) to organise the bi-monthly HTX townhall - eXpresso - Manage content on the internal communications portals in HTX
