Business Performance Analyst

Job Description

Lead business performance activities, supporting the organization with relevant financial and other information for decision making. Support implementation of strategy, targets and financial processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing financial information, business review and analysis to management
  • Leading planning, performance management, decision making and controlling processes
  • Challenging business and financial performance
  • Managing planning, forecasting and actual reporting processes in close cooperation with the finance team
  • Monitoring and analyzing monthly results against budget/forecasts and initiating improvement and corrective activities
  • Reporting and communicating financial performance to relevant parties

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: University degree in business and economics or other relevant field of study.

Experience: Min. 5-7 years.

Competencies:

  • Ability to deal with complex analysis, forecasts and business cases on a major global scale
  • High knowledge and experience in finance and business control processes and activities
  • Ability to drive and develop processes and activities and clearly communicate and implement policies and principles
  • Strong collaboration skills and effective networking skills
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build relations and trust with key stakeholders in the organization
