Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Client Service Coordinator.

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum one-year commitment. Eligibility to work without visa sponsorship is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone lines and direct calls to the right team member in a timely manner.
  • Schedule appointments and communicate booking requirements to clients effectively.
  • Communicate patient arrivals and emergencies to clinical staff for seamless communication.
  • Finalize invoices, process payments, and balance the till accurately.
  • Dispense medication as prescribed by veterinarians with attention to detail.
  • Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the team's goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum 'O' levels certificate or above education.
  • Prior front-facing customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with different people in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for working with clients face-to-face and a love for animals.
