Job Overview:

As a Strategic Sales Director at Income Insurance Limited, you will play a key role in driving business development in our Agency channel and Income Advisory Group. Your primary objective will be to engage key stakeholders to drive sales directions successfully.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with agents at ground level to drive desired behaviours
- Analyse sales trends to identify opportunities, assess potential risks and propose solutions
- Strategize and develop campaigns and marketing plans for channels
- Oversee and execute sales activities and initiatives to achieve sales targets

Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development in agency and/or FA channels is preferred
- Proven track record in managing sales activities and driving sales performance
- Agility to deal with market challenges and keep abreast of developments
- Strong people skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Meticulous and strong execution skills
- Ability to handle agents with speed and tact
