We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Development Specialist with a strong background in mechanical engineering and design. The ideal candidate will have:

- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent\
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Probe Card Industry\
- Strong knowledge of CAD software, including Autocad and Solidworks\
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions\
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes\
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent collaboration and communication skills\
- Fluency in English, with excellent writing and presentation skills
