Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to shape our product vision and roadmap, oversee product ideation, system design, development, and post-launch improvements.
The ideal candidate will conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps, define and analyze success metrics for the products, gather data and customer feedback to evaluate feature performance and inform development, and coordinate effectively across teams including business development, risk, operations, design, engineering, data, and customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product decisions
- Measure and evaluate product performance using key metrics and dashboards
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related fields from a recognized university
- 3+ years of experience in product management with hands-on collaboration with both business and technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with adaptability and willingness to take on challenges (data analysis experience preferred)
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, ability to work independently, and a strong drive to deliver results
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin for cross-country collaboration
