Product Development Specialist

Overview
A Product Development Specialist is responsible for maintaining existing products and analyzing test yields to determine hold lot disposition. They will communicate with customers, identify and resolve yield performance issues, and perform device testing qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Maintenance
- Review and analyze wafer test yields
- Determine hold lot disposition
- Communicate with customer for joint disposition
- Yield Improvement
- Identify and resolve issues impacting yield performance
- Perform device / hardware test qualification
- Correlation and issuance of associated reports
- Support manufacturing operations on technical issues relating to device testing
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
- Ability to converse in Mandarin for communication with Chinese counterparts
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Effective organizational skills and ability to take initiative
Working Conditions
This position requires the ability to work in shifts.
