We are seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team.
This is a remote position where you will be responsible for developing and improving products within our existing range.
You will manage the entire end-to-end process from idea validation and supplier sourcing to production handover.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the product development process, working across multiple functions to transform initial concepts into viable commercial products.
- Collaborating with the Product Development Lead to identify development needs within our existing range.
- Conducting market research to identify and evaluate new product ideas with customer-centric approaches.
- Researching and evaluating suppliers, communicating requirements, and selecting the ideal supplier for each project.
- Coordinating with team members to ensure marketing deliverables and operational costs meet expectations.
- Managing project timelines, keeping stakeholders updated, and ensuring each project is completed on schedule.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in a product development role ideally within the baby, kids, or toys categories.
- At least 1-2 years of project management experience.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with timelines and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
