Product Development Specialist.
Job Description:A product development specialist is required to create and manage complex bills of materials (BOMs) for engineering change orders and production workflows. The role involves collaborating with design and packaging engineering teams to optimize rack-level packaging for manufacturability and assembly efficiency. Additionally, the specialist will lead cross-functional implementation of BOM and material change activities, ensuring alignment with global engineering, procurement, and production teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Possess a recognized degree or diploma in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing disciplines.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive and hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Demonstrated capability to manage tasks and projects independently, exercising sound judgment and minimal supervision.
