Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to drive business growth by developing and executing strategies to launch new products into the market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers and sales teams, showcasing expertise in assigned product categories.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Promote and manage the introduction of new products, ensuring seamless integration with existing product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial products or equivalent.
- Proficient in operating common test equipment such as voltage clamp meters, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and more.
- Able to effectively communicate complex ideas and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
