Product Development Specialist

Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new products from concept to launch, ensuring that they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product designs and prototypes using CAD software and other tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure products can be manufactured cost-effectively
- Work closely with suppliers to source materials and components
- Test and evaluate products to ensure they meet performance and quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in product development, preferably in electronics manufacturing
- Strong understanding of design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
