Product Development Specialist
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and documenting standard procedures for Test Engineering and FT Manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and maintain comprehensive operating instructions and test specifications for Test Engineering and FT Manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with Customers: Work closely with customers on New Product Introduction (NPI) and coordinate device startup and transfer.
- Provide Technical Support: Offer assistance to manufacturing operations on technical and abnormality issues.
- Analyze Product Test Abnormalities: Identify and resolve product test abnormalities, performing maintenance tasks as needed.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on engineering and testing matters.
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering is required.
- Experience in final test such as handlers, loadboard, and socket maintenance is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is necessary to communicate effectively with Chinese counterparts.
- Relevant industrial attachment experience is preferred.
