Job Description
You will be responsible for supervising and training a team of Retail Assistants to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Your leadership skills will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and maintaining a positive working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess a diploma or GCE 'A' level/HIGHER NITEC/GCE 'O' level with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Additionally, you must be an independent and team player with good leadership skills, service-oriented, and hands-on. You should also be prepared to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
