Customer Service Team Lead Position

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of customer service professionals.
The role involves cultivating a positive and service-oriented team culture, ensuring customers feel valued and appreciated. This includes mentoring junior team members, implementing strategies to boost customer satisfaction and retention, and handling escalated customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
A key aspect of the position is collaboration with Marketing & Fulfillment teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Regular performance reports are required to management, with a focus on staying updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration / Communications or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in Customer Service, with at least 2 years of leadership experience
- Prior experience within the FMCG / Retail industries will be highly advantageous
