Business Growth Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering and expanding existing client relationships within the BFSI sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current BFSI clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
  • Manage renewals, up-sell, and cross-sell of our technology solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, reviews, and product demos independently
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with sales and tech teams for successful delivery and customer success

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field, along with at least 4 years of proven experience in Account Management within the BFSI domain. Exposure to AI, Computer Vision, and Cybersecurity will be advantageous.

You will work closely with our innovative team to drive business growth, leveraging your strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. A self-driven, result-oriented, and customer-focused mindset is essential for this role.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in Account Management within the BFSI domain
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
  • Strong command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
