Job Title:
Professional Contract Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide in-house support on general corporate and commercial matters across the organization.

This involves delivering training sessions and offering guidance on new regulations and developments within the construction industry, as well as conducting research and analysis on relevant laws and best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert legal advice on contracts, agreements, and other commercial documents
  • Conducting comprehensive research and analysis on construction laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Collaborating with external lawyers to resolve disputes, litigation, and arbitration cases
  • Developing effective negotiation strategies to achieve business objectives


Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Building, Construction, or Engineering with certification in Litigation or Arbitration Law
  • At least 5 years of experience in Contracts Administration for main contractor companies
  • Strong knowledge of construction litigation procedures and familiarity with Building and Civil Engineering contracts in both public and private sectors
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, as well as negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals
