About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for supporting the growth strategy of our company.

You will play a critical role in managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving each project stage to a successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of investment/divestment projects: business case development, valuation and financial modelling, due-diligence, structuring, documentation review and project management
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to evaluate financial, tax, legal, and other aspects of potential acquisitions
  • Review comprehensive organic investment proposals, prepare presentations and recommendations for approval
  • Monitor performance of organic & inorganic investments and prepare management reports

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management and/or Finance or MBA/CFA
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in investment analysis and projects management
  • Excellent quantitative and financial modelling skills
  • Solid knowledge of valuation & accounting concepts
  • Critical analytical abilities to draw sound conclusions from large sets of information
