Globally established US market leader in the infrastructure solutions & EPC provider, backed by an international top 10 Private Equity firms, currently seeks for seasoned professionals to join their Investments team as a Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions.

Working within a team of 6, the Manager - M&A will be reporting directly to the Regional Head of Investments and is responsible for the entire M&A deal process, including Feasibility studies, Origination, Valuations Analysis, Due Diligence, Deal structuring, Acquisition Execution, and post-M&A integration for transactions pertaining to Europe region. In addition, the incumbent will be working actively with internal stakeholders across cross functional teams (legal, compliance, government affairs, finance, and engineering) as well as managing relations with external partners (Bankers, Corporate Advisors).

Successful applicants will be working within a high performing team with outstanding personal track records.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess a Degree in Business / Finance / Economics / Banking / Accountancy or equivalent studies
- Post-graduate qualifications in MBA / CFA will be considered advantageous
- At least 6 years working experience in M&A / Corporate Finance / Investments & Business development for corporate acquisitions (Partial or Full) and greenfield deals.
- Prior exposure to Europe markets / Environment
- Working knowledge of infrastructure / energy / natural resources sector a plus
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to perform financial modeling
- Open for a travelling frequency up to 30%
