Overview
We are hiring for a
Program Manager – Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
to support a leading Italian manufacturing company through a top-tier global consulting firm. This is a
3-month contract role
with potential of extension, ideal for experienced professionals with strong program management and M&A integration expertise.
Responsibilities
Fully
own and manage the Integration Management Office (IMO)
operations
Create and execute the integration plan , including governance and reporting structures
Set up and manage workstreams , ensuring alignment and execution with client teams
Run the daily integration rhythm (“drumbeat”)
with client stakeholders
Support preparation of
key deliverables, content, and presentations
for senior executives
Work closely with international stakeholders (Europe & Singapore) to ensure smooth integration and transformation
Required Experience / Skills
7–10 years’ experience at
Manager level or equivalent
Proven experience in
post-merger integration (PMI)
or
M&A programs
Strong
stakeholder management
and
large program management
skills
Experience in
management consulting
or
corporate strategy/M&A
within a large organization (preferred)
Knowledge of the manufacturing sector
is a plus
