**Senior Analyst (Mergers & Acquisitions) x 2
About the Scope:

- Perform business and financial analysis, including building financial models to support investment decisions, acquisitions of assets / businesses regionally, and formation of joint ventures.
- Work independently in supporting business development teams in competitive bid processes, bilateral transactions and organic development projects.
- Play an active role in evaluating investment opportunities and executing transactions, including deal strategy, commercial viability, structuring, due diligence, project management, review of documentation, completion and integration arrangements.
- Liaise actively with internal teams (business development, finance, treasury, legal), professional advisers and deal counterparties to progress deals to completion.
- Develop reports and presentations to the Board and Senior Management.

Pre-requisites
- Degree in Accountancy / Finance with 5 years’ experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), project finance, investments preferably from rewnable energy markets &/ infrastructure assets related, capital markets, audit or transaction services.
- Preferably completed professional exams or qualified as a member of CFA, ISCA, ACCA
- Possess advanced financial modelling skills in building complete and complex models
- Commercial mindset with solid corporate finance and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, high problem-solver, highly versatile and adaptable, a team player who can work independently in a fast-moving and flexible environment.
