Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Martech Product Manager to drive digital growth by building a unified data ecosystem that turns customer insights into actionable strategies for marketing, sales, and product teams.

Job Description

The successful candidate will take ownership of the architecture, evolution, and integration of the business's marketing technology stack—with the Customer Data Platform (CDP) at its core.

  • Design and maintain an integrated end-to-end martech architecture that scales with business needs.
  • Audit existing tools, identify gaps, and lead vendor evaluations/POCs for new technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage the CDP as the single source of truth for unified customer profiles.
  • Enable cross-functional teams with real-time segmentation, activation, and reporting capabilities.
  • Architect data flows: Ingest, unify, and activate 1st/2nd/3rd-party data across channels.
  • Own the martech roadmap: Prioritise tools, integrations, and automation that boost team efficiency and ROI.
  • Drive AI adoption in the marketing team where possible.
  • Measure and improve stack performance: Reduce latency, cost, and manual workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CDP Expertise: Hands-on experience building/scaling CDPs.
  • Must-have: Designed identity graphs, managed data governance, and activated audiences to downstream tools.
  • Martech Architecture: Proven track record designing integrated stacks.
  • Technical Fluency: Understanding of APIs, ETL, data lakes, and tag management.
