Job Title: Digital Growth Strategist


About the Role:


We are looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to lead our Banking and Financial Services team. As a key liaison between us and our clients, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic account management plans that drive revenue growth.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage strategic account management plans that establish multi-threaded relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Intimately understand client objectives and brand.
  • Articulate and hold client leaders' concerns and act as a client partner.
  • Lead new Statement of Work kick-off and customer on-boarding processes with internal stakeholders and systems.
  • Facilitate and execute proper customer contracts and agreements.
  • Assure proper collections by review and reconciliation.
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement strategic digital initiatives.

Requirements:


  • 7+ years of client service, digital media, digital/analytics sales, or account management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and attention to detail a must.
  • Deliver client-focused solutions based on client goals.
