Customer Master Governance Representative

Job Summary
As a Customer Master Governance Representative, you will be responsible for setting up accounts in ECC, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing a comprehensive view of customer data. You will work closely with Commercial stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and participate in projects/initiatives for continuous improvements in Customer Master Data.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up accounts in ECC and ensure accurate data entry.
- Validate data with due diligence prior to entry.
- Answer requests and queries through the CMG Mendix Tool/Email while respecting Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Partner with Commercial stakeholders to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify day-to-day data inconsistencies, resolve discrepancies, and proceed to data entry closure.
- Validate data prior to mass creation of prospect, account, and contact for M&A.
- Participate in projects/initiatives for continuous improvements in Customer Master Data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or University Degree in Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 2+ years' relevant experience for entry to this level.
- General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures to accomplish job.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing Japanese/Korean is a valuable asset.
