Job Overview

We seek a skilled Construction Cost Manager to oversee the financial aspects of construction projects.

This role involves managing costs, negotiating contracts, and procuring materials. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing cost estimates and negotiating with contractors
  • Preparing and analyzing cost comparisons
  • Sourcing quotations, negotiating, and procuring materials

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, minimum 3 years of related experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Familiarity with Bluebeam and Accpac software is an advantage.

Required Skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in a civil engineering environment
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Familiar with Bluebeam and Accpac software (advantage)
