We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Operations Manager to join our team at JONES LANG LASALLE PROPERTY CONSULTANTS PTE LTD. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role that combines property management, facilities operations, and vendor management.

About the Role:

  • As a Workplace Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including managing vendors, coordinating maintenance activities, and providing excellent customer service.
  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Your expertise in property management, facilities operations, and vendor management will be essential in delivering high-quality services and achieving our business objectives.

About You:

  • We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in the IFM industry, preferably with a bachelor's degree.
  • You should have strong budget management and financial analysis skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • A self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required, along with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track office inventory, including office supplies, pantry supplies, cleaning supplies, and restroom consumable supplies.
  • Closely monitor operations procedures to ensure service standards are maintained.
  • Implement, comply with, and audit all internal management systems for quality assurance.
  • Assist with the coordination of MIMO and other relocations activities.
  • Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed.
  • Deliver meaningful inputs across in the development of the monthly management reports.
  • Ensure appropriate and timely follow-ups with customers.
