JobDescription
- To be theprofessional face and go-to person for all engagement activities tobuild communities at the office;

- Lead by example to instil a culture of engagement andempathy in the team
- Create and sustainstart-up culture with the team, to never be satisfied with thestatus quo, seeking out new and innovative ways to engage bybringing joyful experiences and lasting impressions for fellowcolleagues.
- Understand the Clients' culture,purpose and values to be able to link it back to the way work isexecuted to ensure the best delivery withcustomer/employee-centricity in mind.
- Theideal candidate should be someone who is able to unite a communityto create a buzz in the workplace, to ensure there is workspaceactivation and activities that engage and cause our colleagues tocome together to get to know one another a build a tight knitcommunity at theoffice.
Duties
- Contribute to the formation and refinement of workplaceexperience strategy, which includes leading the implementation todelivery.
- Organize and execute workplaceexperience events with measurement so ESAT for every activityplanned.
- Collaborate with internal /externalstakeholders and vendor to implement and operationalize communitybuilding products / services
- Advocate andimplement digitalization of workplace experience processesincluding CRE Services (Facilities reporting, Meeting room booking,Car park application etc.)
- Lead andoperationalize execution of agile and Design Thinking/Humancentered design methodology
- Adopt the Clients'4D methodology in journey mapping for site operations, e.g. conductexperiments, service blueprints, value maps, sustainableoperations, operational improvements and streamline efficienciesetc.
- Able to do simple poster or onsitecommunications materials.
- Plan, film and editvideos/communications materials (work with vendor partners forcomplexvideography)

- Pro-activelymanage users' expectations for employee and experiences andservices and ensuring transparency and also a strong alignment withemployee needs.
- Drive the employee experiencesand services to ensure a welcoming, engaging, and safe workingenvironment.
