Join us as a People & Workplace Experience Specialist and help shape a vibrant workplace culture In this pivotal role, you'll enhance employee satisfaction by fostering an inclusive environment and streamlining HR processes. You’ll create seamless experiences for new hires, from recruitment to onboarding, ensuring all documentation is complete and payroll is processed efficiently. Working within a collaborative environment, you'll promote open communication among peers and management, engaging closely with business stakeholders to enhance employee experience and drive initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture. This role reports to the People & Sustainability Manager. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Streamlining HR Functions: Operates all HR functional processes and administrative tasks to create a seamless experience for employees, from recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, to termination. Covering all aspects of an employee’s HR journey. Recruitment Coordination: Collaborate to manage the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and complete documentation. Payroll Setup: Ensure that new hires are added to the payroll system promptly, facilitating timely salary processing. Training and Development: Execute training plans for new employees, including follow-ups and processing any applicable funding claims. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records in the HR system and ensure all HR files are properly filed and updated. Compliance and Reporting: Prepare necessary HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies throughout the process. Enhancing Employee Experience: Actively promote a culture of inclusivity and support, ensuring that all employees feel valued and engaged throughout their journey with the organization. Facilitating Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between employees and management, ensuring open lines of communication and addressing workplace concerns effectively. Driving Organizational Development: Implement initiatives that support employee growth, training, and development, aligning individual aspirations with organizational goals. Optimizing Workplace Environment: Ensure that the physical and virtual workplace is conducive to productivity, well-being, and collaboration, adapting to the evolving needs of the workforce. SUCCESS PROFILE Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years in HR functions, specifically managing payroll and related activities. Workplace Management: Proven experience in workplace management practices. Knowledge of Employment Practices: Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and best practices. Experienced with SAP Successfactor and Concur added advantage. Passion for Engagement: A strong commitment to employee engagement and organizational development. Key Skills Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster open dialogue and build relationships across all levels of the organization. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with employees, understand their needs, and advocate for a positive workplace culture. Project Management: Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results and enhancing employee experience. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze employee feedback and data to drive improvements in workplace initiatives and policies. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address employee concerns and optimize operational effectiveness.
