As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our limousine services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Perform duties as a limousine dispatcher according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guaranteeing exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Logistical Management: Oversee and assign jobs to drivers based on queue lists through our advanced Limousine Dispatch System (LDS), ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing delays.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure all guests' special requests are met and booking details are accurate before dispatching to drivers, fostering a positive and memorable experience for our clients.
  • Vehicle Allocation: Rationalize vehicles for ad-hoc requests and assign vehicles accordingly, optimizing fleet utilization and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Driver Supervision: Monitor all drivers' movements during their shifts, providing support and guidance as needed to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Forecast daily vehicle requirements and manage outsource disposal fleets based on operational demands, ensuring adequate resource allocation and minimizing waste.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Generate and update daily reports, providing actionable insights and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate limousine booking requests and inquiries, handle emails and phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Post limousine charges to guest entitlements or various other arrangements, ensuring accurate financial management and reconciliation.
