Job Title:
Retail Sales and E-commerce Assistant

Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales and E-commerce Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting in daily retail operations and e-commerce activities. Your primary role will be to provide excellent customer service, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packing and sorting of online orders
  • Restocking and reporting of stocks
  • Liaising and building rapport with customers and handle their enquiry independently
  • Assist in running company's social media platforms
  • Handling admin work & other adhoc duties

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in Business / Retail / Social Media Marketing / Ecommerce. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.
