Culinary Expert Lead

Our ideal candidate is a patient and professional cooking instructor with experience in teaching various cuisines. He/She will manage, teach, and conduct cooking classes while maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach and conduct cooking classes with patience and professionalism
  • Execute day-to-day operations of the kitchen
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen to provide a positive learning environment
  • Proactive and initiative in reducing food costs and waste
  • Be punctual and well-prepared with required ingredients and tools before class begins
  • Deliver the required curriculum
  • Promote high levels of student satisfaction
  • Offer suggestions for improvement to course implementation as part of ongoing efforts to achieve excellence

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree Holder in relevant fields such as culinary arts or hospitality management
  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) is an advantage
  • Competence in delivering cooking classes with excellent coaching abilities
  • Ability to devise recipes and maintain culinary standards
  • Relevant experience in area of specialization is a plus
