Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our culinary classes as a Senior Cooking Instructor.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in cooking and teaching, with a strong background in curriculum development and delivery. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the cooking studio, maintaining a clean and organized learning environment, and ensuring high-quality food production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily cooking studio operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized learning environment
  • Proactively manage food costs and reduce waste
  • Deliver high-quality culinary curriculum and promote student satisfaction
  • Offer suggestions for improvement to course implementation
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma holder in relevant fields such as Culinary Arts
  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) is an advantage
  • Competence in delivering cooking classes
  • Excellent coaching abilities and culinary standards
  • Ability to devise recipes and maintain quality control

Able to multitask, handle quality control, and ensure food safety while providing excellent teaching and cooking skills. Relevant experience in area of specialization is a plus.
