Job Title: Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Outreach Specialist to join our team. As an Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for developing relationships with key stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Become a specialist in project content, objectives, and deliverables.
  2. Offer comprehensive support to designated participants, ensuring timely and accurate information gathering.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of participants' business operations and procedures to facilitate effective information gathering.
  4. Build strong relationships by addressing participant concerns and challenges.
  5. Gather information through outbound calls, email exchanges, and on-site visits.
  6. Maintain consistent communication with participants and stay informed about new contacts.
  7. Accurately compile, record, and input information into the system, including thorough case documentation.
  8. Implement strategies and initiatives to improve participation rates.
  9. Generate monthly progress reports on completion status and service level achievements for reporting officers.
  10. Provide information analysis and progress predictions to management and stakeholders.
  11. Assist in investigating escalated issues when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for reporting and progress tracking.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for daily tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels, both internally and externally.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in task execution.
