Our team is seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive revenue and success.
This exciting opportunity involves identifying potential customers, converting leads into successful deals, cultivating and managing client and key partner relationships, handling client inquiries, planning and conducting sales visits, and coordinating with various parties to ensure a smooth client experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer engagement and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities include:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve personal targets and contribute to company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements for this role include:
- Degree qualification or higher.
- Fluent English and Mandarin language skills.
- Strong customer engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of relevant sales or consumer banking experience, preferably in mortgage sales.
