Human Resources Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources professional to oversee the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers. The ideal candidate will ensure an efficient and timely hiring experience.

The successful candidate will handle end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. They will maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring precision and adherence to legal and organizational standards.

The incumbent will also ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, local audits, and statutory requirements. They will demonstrate strong communication skills to engage effectively with employees across diverse backgrounds and levels, resolving workplace grievances and addressing management concerns.

In addition, they will support all aspects of HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, addressing employee inquiries, and providing prompt HR guidance. They will assist in planning and executing company initiatives and employee welfare programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in HRM or a relevant field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field is required. Previous experience in recruitment or within the manufacturing sector is advantageous.

Candidates must be capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and regulations is essential. Independent and detail-oriented team players with strong multitasking abilities are encouraged to apply.
