Human Resources Coordinator

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices, as well as experience in payroll software and HR systems. They will be meticulous, organised, and able to maintain confidentiality.

The successful candidate will assist in managing key operational functions such as payroll processing, leave and claim administration, work pass applications, and supporting day-to-day HR activities to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work pass-related documents.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with Singapore labor laws.
  • Monitor expiration dates and ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower regulations.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Singapore.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good time management and multitasking abilities.
