Global Sales Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing existing relationships with overseas distributors.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, has strong communication skills, and is able to work independently. You will be working closely with our regional sales manager to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the international market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Manage existing relationships with overseas distributors to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and develop forecasts to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field
- At least 4 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SAP or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
Benefits:

- A base salary of SGD $60,000 - SGD $80,000 per annum
- A performance-based bonus scheme, with opportunities to earn up to 20% of your annual salary
