Senior Visual Identity Designer

As a senior-level designer, you will serve as the ultimate guardian of our visual identity and creative output. You will own the evolution of our design system and provide final creative approval on all major outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring every asset meets the highest standards for quality, integrity, and cohesion.
  • Drive the evolution and adherence of all creative materials to the brand's visual identity by owning the design system and developing style guides.
  • Lead and execute the design on high-impact projects that set the creative standard, such as major brand campaigns, product launches, core brand identity updates or refreshes, and new visual initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure design strategy supports business goals by aligning with vision and supporting campaigns.
  • Guide junior designers to ensure visual consistency and high quality by providing on-brand graphic and motion templates and ensuring best practices and internal brand guidelines are followed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior-level designer role or similar.
  • An exceptional portfolio showcasing a strong eye for detail, visual quality, and brand-consistent work.
  • Expertise in owning and evolving a brand's visual identity across multiple touchpoints.
  • Strong mentorship skills and the ability to set creative standards for a team.
  • A collaborative spirit and experience working with a multidisciplinary creative team.
