Senior Visual Identity Leader

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of expertise in design and creative direction, with a strong ability to influence the visual identity of our brand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining the design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Crafting and reviewing design elements, including typography, color palettes, and component libraries.
  • Providing direction on visual tone and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

This role requires a senior-level individual contributor who can drive the evolution and adherence of all creative materials to the brand's visual identity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the design system and defining core elements.
  • Developing style guides for use across the organization.
  • Ensuring a cohesive visual tone is applied consistently across all channels.

Additionally, this role involves leading and executing high-impact projects, such as major brand campaigns and product launches, core brand identity updates or refreshes, and new visual initiatives that define the brand's future look and feel.

Collaboration with senior leadership is essential to ensure design strategy supports business goals. The successful candidate will work closely with the Creative Director to ensure design systems reflect the long-term brand vision and align with campaign narratives.

As a leader, you will also guide junior designers to ensure visual consistency and high quality by providing on-brand graphic and motion templates where possible and ensuring that junior and mid-level designers are following best practices and internal brand guidelines.
