We are seeking a senior-level individual contributor to lead our visual identity and creative output.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all design outputs meet the highest standards for craft, quality, brand integrity, and cohesion.
- Drive evolution and adherence of all creative materials to the brand's visual identity by owning the Design System, Developing Style Guides, and Providing Direction.
- Lead and execute design on high-impact projects such as major brand campaigns, product launches, core brand identity updates, and new visual initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure design strategy supports business goals by aligning with vision, supporting campaigns, and guiding junior designers.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a senior-level designer or similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional eye for detail, visual quality, and brand-consistent work.
- Expertise in owning and evolving a brand's visual identity across multiple touchpoints.
- Strong mentorship skills and ability to set creative standards for a team.
- Collaborative spirit and experience working with a multidisciplinary creative team.
